If you wish to return items you have ordered from our webshop, please contact us in advance via info@boretti.com or call 020 – 436 34 39 for more information, but you can also always use the European model withdrawal form to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product. The costs of returning the items are in both cases your responsibility as a consumer.
