This is not possible, as there are differences between various countries, even within Europe:
• Differing gas types/compositions (e.g. butane/propane mixing ratio).
• Differing gas pressures.
• There is almost always a specific gas pressure regulator valid for the gas cylinder used in that particular country, which has a matching connection.
• It is also possible that your barbecue is not approved for the country in question.
