If your oven has a digital display with an "A" flashing in it, press and hold the 2nd and 3rd buttons below the display simultaneously to perform a reset. The "A" will then stop flashing, and you will be able to use the oven again.
If your cooker is fitted with an analogue clock with hands, you will see a "0" in the clock. If this is the case, turn the knob to the "hand" symbol. You will then be able to use the oven again.
