Boretti guarantees an extensive warranty on the Boretti Imperatore, which is further specified below. Aside from the product-specific conditions listed below, our standard warranty terms and conditions apply, which you can find on the Boretti website. Boretti guarantees an extensive warranty on the Boretti Imperatore collection, as further specified below:
Boretti gives a 10-year warranty (from date of purchase) on the main stainless steel parts of the Imperatore collection: the cover, plate parts, burners and grills. Boretti gives a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase on the burners.
2. Other parts
Boretti gives a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on all other parts included in the Imperatore collection.
3. General terms and conditions
Damage caused by falls, transport, accidents or improper use is of course not covered under the warranty. The warranty does not apply to regular wear and tear or abnormal/incorrect use of the product. Furthermore, commercial use is not covered under the warranty. Discoloration of parts over time or after intensive use is also not covered by the warranty. Consult the manual or our service department for tips to optimise the lifespan of your Imperatore.
