Boretti provides a comprehensive warranty on the Boretti Leonardo collection, as detailed below: In addition to these supplementary warranty conditions, our standard warranty conditions also apply. Boretti offers a 10-year warranty (from the date of purchase) on the lid, control panel and lid handle in the Leonardo collection.
2. Stainless steel parts
The stainless steel parts of the burner box are covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase. Boretti offers a 5-year warranty on the stainless steel flame tamers and burners.
3. Cast-iron grills and griddle
The extended 5-year warranty on cast-iron grills and griddles applies only to manufacturing defects in the enamel or cast iron. Provided it is properly cared for (including regular greasing of the grills with sunflower oil or grill spray), rust or corrosion should not form and, therefore, is not covered by the warranty. 4. Painted parts of the cabinet, side tables and doors
Boretti gives a 3-year warranty on the painted parts of the cabinet, side tables and doors.
5. Other parts
The warranty on all other parts is 2 years from the date of purchase.
6. General information
Damage caused by falls, accidents or improper use is, of course, not covered under the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abnormal/ incorrect use, commercial use or neglect to maintain the product properly. Consult your owner's manual or contact our service department for tips on how to optimise the service life of your barbecue.
