Montage de la table de cuisson
L'appareil est fabriqué pour être encastré dans des meubles résistant à la chaleur. Les meubles doivent résister à une température de 75°C en plus de la température ambiante, conformément aux normes européennes. L'appareil est de type "Y", c'est-à-dire qu'il peut être installé avec une seule paroi latérale, à droite ou à gauche de la table de cuisson. Eviter de installer l'appareil à proximité de matériaux inflammables comme des rideaux, des torchons, etc. Pratiquer une ouverture, dans le plateau du meuble, des dimensions indiquées en fig. 3, en respectant une distance d'au moins 50 mm entre la partie du bord arrière du périphérique instalé et à 100 mm des parois latérales adjacentes. Pièce d'installation Cet appareil n'est pas équipé d'un dispositif d'évacuation des produits de la combustion; il est donc nécessaire d'évacuer les fumées vers l'extérieur en utilisant une hotte ou un ventilateur électrique qui soit mis en marche à chaque fois que l'on utilise l'appareil. La pièce où est installé l'appareil doit avoir un afflux d'air naturel pour la combustion régulière du gaz et pour la ventilation de la pièce: le volume d'air nécessaire ne doit pas être inférieur à 20 m³. L'afflux d'air doit s'effectuer par une ouverture permanente pratiquée sur les murs de la pièce et communicante avec l'extérieur. La ventilation peut également provenir d'une pièce contiguë, dans ce cas respecter les normes en vigueur à ce sujet. Les ouvertures doivent avoir une section minimale de 200 cm². Branchement gaz S'assurer que l'appareil est adéquat pour le type de gaz disponible; pour cela se référer à l'étiquette placée sous l'appareil ou à celle reportée sur la dernière page de ce manuel. Opérer conformément aux instructions reportées au paragraphe “transformations gaz et réglages" pour l'éventuelle adaptation à des gaz différents. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour les éventuelles inexactitudes, imputables à des erreurs d'impression ou de transcription, contenues dans ce manuel. Il se réserve le droit d'apporter à ses produits toutes les modifications qu'il estimera opportunes, sans nuire aux caractéristiques essentielles de fonctionnement et de sécurité. De wanden van de meubels moeten bestand zijn tegen een temperatuur van minstens 90°C. Het toestel is van het type “Y”, dit wil zeggen dat het geïnstalleerd mag worden met één enkele laterale wand, rechts of links van het kookvlak. Vermijd de installatie van het toestel in de nabijheid van ontvlambare materialen zoals gordijnen, keukenhanddoeken, enz... Een opening maken, in het blad van het meubel, met de afmetingen aangeduid in figuur 3; daarbij moet men een afstand houden van de randen van de inrichting van ten minste 100 mm van de zijwanden en 50 mm van de achterwand. Het is aanbevolen het toestel te isoleren van het meubel dat er zich onder bevindt, door middel van een separator en een depressie-ruimte van minstens 10 mm (figuur 4). Bij inbouw in een undermöbel met backofen ist darauf zu achten, dass die entsprechenden Vorsichtsmassnahmen getroffen werden, damit die Installation den im jeweiligen Land geltenden Unfall verhütenden Bestimmungen entspricht. Es ist ferner darauf zu achten, dass das Stromkabel und das Versorgungsrohr so positioniert sind, dass sie nicht mit den heißen Teilen der Ummantelung des Backofens in Berührung kommen. Im Falle der Installation über einem Einbauofen ohne verstärkte Kühlventilation müssen zur entsprechenden Belüftung Öffnungen vorgesehen werden, die mit einem Zustrom von unten von mindestens 200 cm² und einem Auslass vom oberen Teil von mindestens 60 cm² sicherstellen. The electrical connection of the cooking hob and the oven must be carried out separately for security issues and to allow easy removal of the oven from the unit FOR THE U.K. ONLY The room containing this hotplate should have an air supply in accordance with BS 5440: Part 2: 1989. All rooms require an openable window, or equivalent and some rooms will require a permanent vent a well. For room volumes up to 5 m³ an air vent of 100cm² is required. For room volumes between 5 m³ and 10 m³ an air vent of 50 cm² is required. If the room is greater than 5 m³ and has a door that opens directly to the outside, then no air vent is required. If there are other fuel burning appliances in the same room BS 5440: Part 2:1989 should be consulted to determine the air vent requirements. Gas connection Choose fixed connections or use a flexible pipe in stainless steel in compliance with the regulation in force. If you use flexible metallic pipes, be careful they do not come in touch with mobile parts or they are not squeezed. Also be careful when the hob is put together with an oven.
⚠ ATTENTION: Make sure that the gas supply pressure of the appliance obeys the recomend- ed values If the supplied pressure has not the specified value, it is necessary to assemble a proper pressure regulator in compliance with the standard UNI EN 88. For Liquid Gas (LPG) the use of pressure regulator is allowed only if they are in compliance with UNI EN 12864. The adjustable connection is fixed to the comprehensive ramp by means of a threaded nut G 1/2". Screw the parts without force, adjust the connection inthe necessary direction and tighten everything (fig.7). Rigid connection: arry out connection by using met- al rigid pipes (copper with mechanical end) (UNI- CIG 7129). Flexible connection: Use a flexible pipe in stainless steel (UNI-CIG 9891) with a maximum length 2m. When installation is complete, make sure that the seal of each pipe fittingis correct. Use a soapy solution, not a flame Electric connection The connection to the electric grid must be carried out by qualified personnel and in conformity with the regulations in force. The voltage of the electric system must correspond to the value indicated in the label under the appliance. Make sure that the electric system is provided with an effective ground connction in compliance with the regulations and provisions of the law. Grounding is compulsory.
