How to prepare your barbecue for the beginning of the season

When barbecue season begins again, it is advisable to check the barbecue thoroughly for insects and mould that may have settled in the barbecue during the winter. This is especially true for gas barbecues. Brush all other dirt out of the barbecue and use the manual of the barbecue to put it back together. Check that the grills are still clean and have their vegetable oil grease layer before putting them back on the barbecue. Clean the exterior of the barbecue with a cloth and a mild detergent. Thoroughly dry the barbecue after cleaning it.
