How to maintenance and clean the grease tray and interior of my barbecue?

If the barbecue has a grease tray, we recommend cleaning the tray after each use to prevent the accumulation of dirt and residues. Clean the grease tray after the barbecue has cooled down sufficiently. Clean it with warm water and a mild detergent and dry the grease tray thoroughly afterwards. We also recommend cleaning the interior (sides and back) of the barbecue regularly and removing any food residue.
