1. Does the rattling only occur at the highest setting? If so, the cause is too much counter-pressure in the exhaust duct. Counter-pressure occurs when the exhaust duct is too long, contains too many bends, or is too narrow. If the diameter of the wall exhaust or the exhaust hose is too small, this will also affect the noise level;
2. If the extraction hood rattles at all settings, there may be a technical defect. Please contact Customer Service department for more information.
